Do You Want Killer Abs This Summer?

For Killer Abs, grab a blender, a bowl, and your favorite fresh fruit toppings. Let’s go…

Pinterest and Instagram have me completely sold on smoothie bowl. I’m seriously in love with the creamy consistency-- less liquid, more fruit , spoon and no straw, and toppings galore. Smoothie bowls are practically thee most poppin healthy snack alternative swarming the internet. But, why not a regular smoothie?

What is a Smoothie Bowl?

A smoothie bowl is similar to a banana boat. But, instead the bowl is filled with a thick-creamy, colorful, and nutritional base. Finally, topped with endless nutrient-rich options.

So, what’s the big deal with smoothie bowls?

They’re simple, nutrient-rich, healthy, and satisfying! The colorful, textured, fiber rich toppings give the smoothie bowl an extra superfood boost. They make the perfect breakfast or snack; especially during the spring and summer months. I typically experiment with smoothie bowls on the weekends, after the gym. I’ve made a lot of smoothie bowls, but lately I’ve made more berry smoothie bowls for one reason:

Berries are one of the top superfoods for getting rid of belly fat. Their antioxidant properties enable the ab muscles to work stronger and longer.

Abs are made in the winter and the gym! Although the cold and yucky weather may turn us away from hitting the gym, one thing to keep in mind as we transition from one season to the next is — abs are made in the kitchen. With it being summertime, let’s focus on diet. Berries are good for burning abdomen fat, so let’s get into a simple Berry Smoothie bowl recipe you can make within 5-7 minutes.

Below you will find a quick, easy, and nutrition-rich recipe for sexy, sculpted abs.

Fair Warning: Okay now, if you’re just now starting your workout routine, it’s going to take some time for the abs to pop out. Bump up that cardio, scale back on the french fries and you’ll see the fat shed in no time.

Tip #1: If you’re looking for a slightly defined midsection, less protein.

Tip #2: Less packaged frozen fruit ( they contain more sugar )
