For years, I lived in the tension many of us know too well: the tension between ambition and exhaustion, between being “the strong one” and being deeply tired, between leading at work and losing myself at home. I needed a place where all of me could exist. And so did the women watching my journey over the years.
HelloJenay™ exists for people who want clarity, protection, and sustainable momentum without burning themselves out trying to “do it right.”
Through storytelling and real-life experiences, I teach Black women how to build lives that feel good, not just look good, and how to build systems that support our wellbeing.
